Technical Services & Coordination Section Scope: Single window to service DEWA's internal and external need for technical information and coordination services. Achieve superior customer satisfaction by expediting technical decision-making process for issuing Project-NOC/Permits, Focused on improved coordination and follow-up services as facilitators for Clients.

Unit: General

  • Provide Support Services for General Administration control, Costing & Estimate of planned works, budgeting, LPO, Cost control, project monitoring, record & documentation, General correspondence, project close & invoice clearance and Management Reports.

 

Unit: Road Diversion Services

  • To Provide Technical & Communication exchanges Services Between DEWA Internal Departments & External Agencies ( Road Project Consultants & Contractors).
  • Act as a single window for all cliental dealing with quest to achieve Customer's Satisfaction in service coordination service Specific to Road diversion cases. All Enquiries, complaints regarding Projects NOC, Technical Service Coordination etc will be handled and serviced providing Collaborative Platform.

 

Unit: Technical Service Coordination & Follow-up

  • Maximize information-sharing opportunity with other Dubai Government Departments & Private Sectors to reduce time and effort required to service clients and protect DEWA facility assets.
