Project NOC Section
Project NOC Scope: Responsible for issuing water and electricity NOC (No Objection Certificate) to Authorities, Consultants and Contractors for Road Projects, Network Services within R.O.W. (Right of Way) limit, DEWA OHL (Overhead Line) and development projects.
Unit: General
- Facilitate smooth and efficient functioning of other business units by providing front-line services on time, and control for issuance and withdrawal of NOC’s.
- Facilitate and follow up on communication received from other departments/divisions and external customers.
- Responsible for issuing NOC for Services Information and trail pits NOC for water and electricity.
Unit: Road Projects NOC
- Facilitate the Services of issuing the water and electricity NOC’s for roads project, metro and major developmental projects of Dubai and dealing directly with high profile clients like RTA, DM consultants, contractors, developer, Engineer’s Office and any other activities related to road works (within Row) canals, creek crossing etc.
- Offering services like Approval and Shop Drawing, cable diversion and ducts electricity Approval for electricity NOC’s only.
Unit: Infrastructure Service Projects
- Facilitate the Services of issuing the water and electricity NOC’s for infrastructure services (water, electricity, etisalat, du, derange, sewerage, irrigation networks and landscaping) with in Right of Way and major developmental projects of Dubai.
